ZONE 1
10 fast feet in, 10 fast feet out, 10 step out jacks
ZONE 2
10 tension curls, 10 tension bent over tricep kickbacks, 10 tension over head arm pushes
ZONE 3
10 high knees Left, 10 high knees Right, 10 high knees alternating
ZONE 4
10 tension standing over head tricep extensions, 10 tension bent over arm flyes – 10 tension high knee arm presses alternating (piston presses)
ZONE 5
10 step backs left and right, 10 step outs left and right, 10 step forward toe taps left and right
