ABOUT THE PROGRAM YOU CHOOSE

It is important to understand you are purchasing a program. OMA offers (3) different kinds of programs the are 1. Rollover program. 2. Month to Month no rollover no auto renew. 3. Month to Month auto renew (unless cancelled with a 30 day written notice) No rollover. You have the time frame of the program to use the classes in the program. If you do not use your classes during your program time frame or you stop attending before the program time frame ends. You are still responsible for the total price of the program and you will not be refunded for classes not used. All Month to Month auto renew Programs Renew On The Same Day Every Month Unless Cancelled With A 30 Day Written Notice. Buy purchasing any of the programs you agree to the terms.

1 Small Group Program up to 8 classes a month at $22.49 per class = $179.00 a month. (Unused classes do not roll over to the next month) Plus one time start up fee of $197 = $376. Auto renews same day monthly at $179 unless cancelled with a 30 day written notice
